Today was the most beautiful day we have had in weeks. The seas were glassy calm, the sun was out, and the tuna were hungry once again. We didn’t get them as fast today as we did yesterday mainly because of more boat traffic, but 12:30 isn’t bad either to finish up our limit. We had a slow start it wasn’t till 9:00 that we had our first bite. It was a lonely old single, but very glad to have him. It wasn’t too long after that we had a 4 more bites that we caught 3 of. One of the three had been chewed on by a shark. He ate the belly right out of about a 40 pound fish. We got hit by the tunas a few more times throughout the next couple hours to finally give us our 18 yellowfin tuna that rounded the ole fish box over. Another great day of fishing out of Oregon Inlet. We have days coming up available so give me a call (252)305-7960
