Yesterday we got blown out because of that low that worked up from Florida. We made it today though and the fishing hadn’t changed. We had a lot of bites today but between the sharks eating them and the tuna just pulling off it made it extra difficult to make a catch. We ended up catching 14 yellowfin and our first bigeye of the year. The bigeye was a big surprise, Tony and I thought for most of the fight it was a foul hooked shark. There was so many sharks out there it very well could have been. The bigeye ended up weighing 236 pounds. Which was a great center piece to an already awesome catch. Another great day out of Oregon Inlet.
