Today was a beautiful day. The sun was out, the wind was calm, but the fish were full. We had some tuna bites early on in the morning but fell right off as the day went on. We caught 4 keepers and threw back a couple more. We did catch a few free range gaffer dolphin to help fill in the cracks. All day long we marked the tuna on the bottom machine but they just wouldn’t eat for us. We tried every trick in the book getting out just about every pole on the boat, but we just couldn’t get them going. Maybe tomorrow will be a better day. Thankful for the pretty weather and the few fish we did catch.
