Today was a beautiful day almost too pretty. The seas were glassy, and the sun was hot. We set out this morning only getting two dink baits in the water before having a pair of sails up. We caught one out of two of them. Getting situated again trying for a dolphin we trolled for miles on a nice grass line with no bites. So we got off of it to go look for a tuna. We went for a long time till a long rigger came out with a really nice sized gaffer on it. We caught him and continued on for while till the right flat popped out it was a sail. We hooked him and quickly caught him. Another sail scratch that’s cool. We set back out and went for another really long stretch without a bite. We had great conditions pretty water, lots of tuna marks, and flyers all around. The only problem there was was absolutely no wind to try the kite. We trolled around for while hoping the wind would pick up just a little. Finally it did barely 10 knots but just enough. We got it up and caught a 3 real quick but time ran out it was late and we had to go. We did end up catching 2 sails 1 nice sized gaffer and 4 tunas. A great day we had to work hard for but a great day.
